Volta Power Systems Earns Association for Corporate Growth Emerging Growth Award

The Association for Corporate Growth honors Volta for their innovation in mobile power solutions, service to their community, and commitment to their customers.

[Grand Rapids, MI — March 23, 2023] – The Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) awarded Volta Power Systems the Emerging Growth Award at their 20th annual Outstanding Growth Awards ceremony. The award recognizes a company that stands out for their success and growth, which Volta demonstrates through their ongoing dedication to product innovation and customer service. Volta Power Systems provides small and mid-market companies with simple, safe automotive-grade lithium-ion power systems. They continue to bring a unique solution in response to a rapidly growing demand for electrification among RV, marine and fleet markets.

As the mobile power market becomes increasingly dissatisfied with noise and emissions from traditional generators, Volta’s auxiliary power solutions fill the gap. By providing workers or campers with the ability to access power in remote locations, Volta is reducing the barrier to electrification.

“We are, as always, focused on continuous improvement, whether that’s offering greater insight and controls for users, increasing power and flexibility, or simplifying the integration process for our OE customers,” said co-founder and CTO of Volta Power Systems, Jack Johnson. “We’re grateful to receive this award, knowing that it’s a reflection of our entire team’s hard work.”

The Volta team believes their team’s passion for customer service and community involvement has contributed to their success. For those in the industry, Volta has become a household name known for responsiveness and their commitment to user education.

Their end users are known for their passion for the brand and in 2022, they came together for the first green, off-grid camping rally in Volta’s home town of Holland, MI. The event had over 50 Volta-equipped vans in attendance, and the Volta technology prevented over 28,000 lbs of CO2 from entering the atmosphere from what traditionally would have required generators.

About Volta’s receipt of the award, Heather Hoezee, the president of ACG Western Michigan, said, “Volta’s focus on innovation and service exemplifies this award and the forthcoming growth they will bring to West Michigan and its surrounding communities.”

2023 is already shaping up to be a year of promising growth for the company. Additionally, Volta plans to release new features on the myVolta app, making it even easier for end users to control and understand their power usage.
