Software Tools Engineer
The Volta Software Tools Engineering position is responsible to develop, integrate, test, and maintain software tools used to interface, test and validate VPS Energy Storage systems, subsystems and components. These responsibilities cover all Volta created components as well as vendor purchased components. The position reports to the Director of Engineering.
Technical Support Specialist
This position is primarily responsible for phone triage as part of the Customer Experience Group. This will involve communication with dealerships and end-user customers for their support needs. This position reports to the Director of Customer Experience.
Launch & Project Engineer
A Volta Launch & Project Engineer’s main objective is to support Volta customers during new product launches. This will include support in terms of project management, system integration, manufacturing readiness support at customers facilities, and customer training. This position reports to the Customer Engineering Launch Manager and will be located at the Holland, MI office.
